Diesel generators were spread around the fields (hidden behind walls, this photo is taken through the wall). According to the infrastructure review at the end, the load on the generators hardly ever exceeded 35%. This particular generator was just supplying the tents where the talks were held, because these had big superbright displays that would use a lot of power at full brightness. However, as it turned out after buildup, those displays were so bright that they had to turn them down to 10% brightness during daytime and even lower during the night. As a result, they would also only use a fraction of the power they were expected to use, and this generator never saw more than 10% load.
